- Remove Authelia middleware from Vaultwarden
- Add comment explaining SSO bypass for app compatibility
- Update services-reference.md to show SSO disabled (✗)

Vaultwarden requires direct access for browser extensions and mobile apps to function properly, similar to Jellyfin and Plex.
